4th Annual FMX Fly & Fling This Saturday

Whoops, we went legit!  Some people have asked why we call this the "4th Annual FMX Fly & Fling" when they know there were a dozen or more.  Well let's just say that those earlier events, while we attempted to make them family events, generally turned into giant parties with week long hangovers and a bunch of regrets.  After a long pause (enough to forget some of our less proud moments) the City Of Lubbock approached us about bringing a different version of the event back.  The 'new and improved' FMX Fly and Fling's are no truly family events with cool kids stuff, kites, frisbees and more.  One thing hasn't changed though, we JAM up the tunes.  Yes, McAlister Park will be rockin' with FMX as we take to the sky and enjoy a sunny day in  Texas.  Get the whole scoop after the jump.

FMX and the City Of Lubbock are once again proud to present a day in the sunshine! It's kites, Frisbee and more outdoor activities for the whole family this Saturday. More after the jump.

In addition to the free range flying and flinging, Troy Gunn and his team will be out with a demonstration of pro stunt kites. There will also be other activities and vendors on site and we'll have FMX jamming through the City Of Lubbock Show Wagon. If your kids get bored, Legacy Play Village is in the same park. The best part is that all of the actives and fun are free for the whole family. Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, sunscreen or whatever you need to enjoy the day.  We'll get started at 10 a.m. and have activities until 3 p.m.!
