Nativity Event Open To The Public This Weekend

If you are looking to get into the holiday spirit this weekend and to remind the kiddos that Christmas isn't just about the presents why not head out to this family friendly event.

The eight annual Lubbock Community Nativity Exhibit will be going on all weekend at the Church of Jesus Christ of Later-day Saints meeting House at 7014 Frankfort Ave.

This free event is open to everyone in the community-religious affiliations does not matter.

The point of this event is to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the season and celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ.

There will be musical performances along with a series of exhibits focusing on the celebration of the birth of Jesus.

The event will be open fro. 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. all weekend.
