New Watering Plan To Take Affect In Lubbock [VIDEO]

There for a few days toward the end of 2011 it looked like maybe residents of Lubbock might be able to ease off the current water restrictions we have been on for the past several months. I know I got a little wood at the thought of buying fireworks to shoot off on New Years Eve. Now this week the news is all about how we are moving to stage 2 of the cities water conservation plan.

The new plan says residents can't wash their cars at home and that we are only allowed to water our yards certain times on certain days depending on the last numbers of our address.

Fine, I suppose I can deal with that if I must, I can even deal with the no filling up pools or spas after April 1st. But let me just say if they come right out and say I can't use my Slip N Slide and Water Wiggle I'm gonna be mad!
