It was a relatively short wait for famed tight end Jace Amaro, as he got drafted by the New York Jets on Friday night during round two. Other Red Raiders weren't so lucky and waited the entire Draft to get the chance to be assimilated into the pros. Find out where everyone went here.

Will Smith, a key component in the Red Raider defense during the past couple of years, ended up staying home in Texas, joining the Dallas Cowboys in round seven.

Defensive lineman Kerry Hyder joined Amaro and the New York Jets after the Draft proceedings ended in the "undrafted free agency" phase.

Standout defensive backfield expert Terrance Bullitt got a shot at pro contingency when the Baltimore Ravens reached out and offered him a deal.

Last but certainly not least, Eric Ward, Tech's fixture at receiver during the last couple of seasons, inked a deal with the revamped Tennessee Titans. Ward certainly has a shot to make his name known in Nashville, and more importantly, on Sundays.

So are there more cards to fall on Sunday and beyond? We'll have to wait and see, but until then, congrats to the new professional Red Raiders. Guns Up!
