Pitmaster John Reeves from Smokin' X Barbeque (as heard on the RockShow) will team up with Pit-Crew's Robert Sierra for a three-hour class on April 28th. The class will be held at the Gordon W. Davis Meat Lab on the Tech Campus.

This isn't just a talking heads class, participants are welcome to ask questions as they pick up tips for making some mouth-watering meats. I hear there's more than a few samples to taste as well.
