Shake The Tree And Conspiracy Nuts Will Fall Out

I get caught up in other peoples stupidity all the time. Sometimes it's easy to forget that people who spread lies and exaggerations have been around since the beginning of time.

Have you heard "chemtrails are here to drug you", "Obama is coming to take our guns", or even "the shadow elite are controlling everything".  Well that's just a taste of the nuts out there.  The thing is, this isn't a "new thing".  People have been paranoid and spreading paranoia for whatever reason for a long, long time.  Two of the biggest when I was growing up were the various Kennedy assassination theories (still a big thing, but not as big as it once was) and that NASA faked the moon landing.  Now, keep in mind that there are people literally shaking and red faced pissed now that I would cast doubt on one or more of these things because of the "research" they've done.  Well, I can tell you that you're not going to convince them otherwise.  You'll just get a lot of "you'll see" and "oh, it's coming" and whatever.  I always make fun of these folks and comment on the face that they're giving themselves the "nervous sh!ts" over nothing.

I don't believe in any of these conspiracies until I see proof. In my lifetime I've seen NO major conspiracies busted. ZERO.  Now, I will say "conspire" is an easy word to interpret to your needs and some may even claim "Watergate" but that was busted immediately. Also at this point, it's easy to mix up "cover up" with "conspiracy".  The fact is, everybody tries to "cover up" their mistakes, but a "conspiracy" is defined as a combination of persons for a secret, unlawful, or evil purpose (according to Dictionary.com)

So chances are you'll never be microchipped or under a one world government.  Chances are that things will stay pretty boring overall so please don't buy into the crazy.  Lastly, for those of you who might think that I'm "in on it", well let me tell you that I haven't gotten my Illuminati paycheck yet.
