In Los Angeles they've officially designated every Monday as a "Meatless" Monday.  There's no real mandate to not eat meat, it's more of a suggestion.  I don't know if I can handle it.  More after the jump.


For some  reason, every meal I eat has to have some meat in it. If it doesn't have meat in it, I don't feel satisfied and continue to snack until the next meal with meat in it.  I seriously could eat cheese pizza until it's poking out of my rear and I would still be craving meat.  The odd thing about this is, I'm not what I would consider to be a meat connoisseur.  I prefer hamburger over steak, sausage over ribs and so on.  I actually like the cheaper less expensive cuts of meat.

The idea of "Meatless Mondays" catching on in Texas is a bit ridiculous, but could you do it?  Could you make a "Meatless Monday" a regular part of your week?  Answer here!
