IFC is starting a new cartoon series this Friday at 9:30. It's called "Out There" and it's from one of the former producers of South Park. I'm not completely getting it yet, but who knows, this could be the next big thing. "Dumb Ways To Die" is somewhere between kids cartoon and chick rock.  The cartoon is not very graphic, or at least not graphic in a way that would gross people out.  Then you have the sweet sounding lady singer.  Put all this together and sing about DEATH.  More after the jump.
