Monday nights, FMX and Hooters have it going on for football, beer and the wings. We have gone old school and busted out the classic FMX finger goal kicking contest and Hooters does the Monday night blitz, offering up all-you-can-eat nearly world famous boneless wings, and ice cold beers served up by the lovely Hooters girls
A huge thank you to the powers that be who finally came to their senses and helped end the NFL ref's strike. I honestly do not know how many fans, players, or coaches would have made it through this season if we all had to deal with the replacement guys all season
You knew after Monday nights game between the Packers and Seahawks, that it wouldn't be long before NFL Commisioner Roger Goodell got something done. Even he had to be embarrassed with the way $2 replacement referees were turning the NFL's $12 billion industry into a joke.

This has been an awesome week, it started out with football, we got a few days of cool fall weather and a little rain, and we end the week with football.
We know there's a lot of Cowboys fans in Lubbock, and for some reason there seems to be an abundance of Steeler's fans as well. I don't follow much anymore, but I used to be a Chargers fan. More after the jump.
First off, we all know I'm a sports fanatic. Sports rule. Let's recap all the craziness that unfolded this weekend, including three huge college football upsets.
This Sunday night the Steeler's will once again take on the Bronco's in Denver, in what is sure to be a major grudge match. For those of you that may have forgotten, Denver beat the Steeler's last year in overtime to win the AFC championship title.
