Red Raider basketball won for the eighth time this season Wednesday night, blasting South Carolina State 101-39.

Simply put, South Carolina State couldn't stop Tech's young talent from a defensive standpoint and just couldn't connect on offense. The Red Raiders seemingly made light work of the Bulldogs from Orangeburg, South Carolina.

Justin Gray, freshman sensation out of Tampa, paved the way with 18 points. Stan Mays even logged a couple three's and Luke Adams scored the two points that put Tech up to triple digits.

Next up, the Red Raiders play host Arkansas-Pine Bluff on Friday night at 8.
