A huge project and a truly exciting idea, Urban Air Adventure Park is set to open here in Lubbock in fall 2018 according to Everything Lubbock.

Lubbock has never seen anything like what's described, with adventures that will go above and beyond. An indoor zipline skyrider, indoor ropes course, warrior course, electric go-carts and indoor skydiving should deliver a real thrill based on an interview owner Cody Herndon.

They are building a 60,000-square foot space at 146th and Quaker, and expect to employ 100+ people, with a big part being kids 16 and up.

You can follow them on Facebook for more information. We'll be keeping an eye on Urban Air Adventure Park and let you know as we learn more.

One thing is for sure -- we're happy to welcome this big park to Lubbock and can't wait to check out this epic place.
