Wes Scantlin Claims he was Sober, and the Cops Roughed him Up [VIDEO]

Wes Scantlin was recently arrested in Austin for being "combative" on a Jet Blue flight. They also claim he was drunk. HE denies this and even counters saying the Austin cops got a little rough with him.

TMZ caught up with Wes back in LA and asked him about the incident. He claims he was napping, woke up and ordered a beer. That's when the flight attendant got an attitude and it all went downhill from there.

What's awesome though is that after Wes was released in Austin, his phone was dead and he was basically stuck. That's when a fan, Carl Fant, noticed him and let Wes use his cell phone to call his assistant in L.A., took him to get some food, helped him get set up in a hotel, and took him out on the town.
