Welker has had such a storied career since he left Texas Tech that there's no way that I could even give you a shorthand version. If you want to see what future Hall Of Famer looks like, then click here.  Welker signed a 1.8 million, one year contract with St. Louis. The announcement was made official via a Tweet Monday evening at 6:39 by the team.

Welker was signed by the Chargers then the Dolphins, but really exploded when he was signed by the Patriots and later the Broncos. There are some concerns about Welker continuing to play in the NFL after suffering numerous concussions.

I grew up in California when the Rams were located there, so I've always had just a bit of fondness for the team.  It's going to be interesting to see if Tech fans will tune into to see Welker on the St. Louis roster.
