Alice in Chains have announced dates for the second leg of their North American headlining tour, and revealed they are putting the finishing touches on their next album, which is slated to come out this fall.

Back in December, the Seattle grunge legends released the first run of headlining and festival dates, which kick off at the House of Blues in Boston, Mass. April 28. The next leg will begin Aug. 22 at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre in Vancouver, British Columbia and will wind down Sept. 15 at the Comerica Theatre in Phoenix, Ariz.

The new dates are part of a worldwide trek that will see Alice In Chains performing across North America and Europe, with the latter being where they'll be spending the bulk of the summer. The full itinerary can be found below.

Last June, the band revealed that Nick Raskulinecz, who produced both 2013's The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here and its predecessor, 2009’s Black Gives Way To Blue, would be producing the new album.  Bassist Mike Inez added that AIC intended to record in their home base of Seattle, as opposed to heading to Los Angeles, where they recorded their two previous releases. No additional information about the forthcoming LP has come out, but stayed tuned here for the latest.
