In November, All That Remains announced that Jason Richardson would be brought on as a touring member, replacing the late Oli Herbert. Now, the metalcore veterans have made him an official member.

Earlier today (Feb. 5), it was reported that the band had yet to determine a permanent replacement for Herbert. The band followed these reports up with a clarifying statement, which reads:

All That Remains would like to clarify that guitarist Jason Richardson is now an official member of the band. Some recent interviews were conducted before a decision was made or announced regarding Jason. But the band has indeed welcomed him into the fold as an official member and is excited to get back on the tour and play for fans.

Herbert died on Oct. 10 of last year after his body was found near a lake at his Connecticut home. Authorities ruled the death as "suspicious" and are investigating the case further.

All That Remains, who released their latest album, Victim of the New Disease, have two U.S. tours booked for the year. See the list of dates below.
