Gene Simmons Proposes to Shannon Tweed After 28 Years Together

KISS singer and reality TV star Gene Simmons has finally popped the question to his longtime girlfriend of 28 years, Shannon Tweed, TV Guide is reporting.

Though Simmons had previously vowed never to get married, the singer finally proposed to Tweed in Belize while filming his reality show, ‘Gene Simmons Family Jewels.’

“I thought it was time she made an honest man out of me,” he told their daughter, Sophie.
