The no. 18 did it once again, this time under the lights on Kansas' premiere speedway on Saturday night.

Kyle Busch can't seem to do much that isn't great on the race track, and he's certainly staking a claim for the favorite to win the Sprint Cup championship, which would be his second in a row.

Perhaps it's way too early to think that far ahead, though. There are still plenty of drivers doing great work out on the track, namely Kevin Harvick and Matt Kenseth. Those two drivers also placed in the top five, as Harvick scored a second-place finish and Kenseth wound up fourth.

The other Busch, Kurt, had a nice third-place result, while Ryan Blaney earned his second top-ten in a row by rounding out the top five. It's Blaney's first top-five of the season.

It was announced yesterday that the no. 18's Joe Gibbs Racing Team received a P3 penalty for a lug nuts violation. The penalties included suspensions for crew chief Adam Stevenson and pit crew member Josh Leslie.

Next week, it's on to Dover, Delaware.
