Metallica Covers Deep Purple’s “When A Blind Man Cries” [VIDEO]

The legendary San Francisco metal gods dished out a cover of Deep Purple's "When a Blind Man Cries" for the upcoming tribute album "Re-Machined: A Tribute to Deep Purple's Machine Head".

The new tribute album will be available next month, but the boys of Metallica decided you should hear what they've brought to the table right now.

That's right, and you know that the track is solid, it's Metallica, doing a cover! The sound, to me, is pretty awesome. It's nice to hear some Metallica crunch again, without Lou Reed.
