Music Is Therapy

It doesn't matter what kind of day you are having, music has the ability to turn your day completely around or it can bring you back down to a place that you seldom visit. Music has that power and it is so cool.

I just a saw a post someone posted on Facebook that reminded me of my junior high years being at the school dances. I got to thinking about just how powerful music is and how it can bring back memories just as clear as when they happened.

I think we all had picked out songs for our girlfriends in junior high and put them on a mix tape just to give it to them the next day. And then when we got to High School it was all about Nine Inch Nails "Closer" which I think everyone remembers a girlfriend that was all about NIN.

So as we go through life Music has and will always be apart of it, even as adults, there are weddings, funerals and day to day activities that music is in the background of our lives.

So no matter whats going on in your life there is a song out there that will make you feel like that band wrote it just for you!
