A new season of "South Park" gets underway tonight. The new episode apparently takes on concussion injuries in football. All the talk leads Randy to develop a new sport called "Sarcastiball" which one of the kids is very good at (my guess is Cartman, but we'll see). More after the jump.


I personally think the last few years of South Park have been some of the shows best.  While still staying timely, Matt Parker and Trey Stone have turned into great storytellers.  It seems they no longer do things just for shock value, but only if they are really, truly funny.   I don't think they've even toned things down; they're just more concerned with the characters and the stories than the flat-out jaw dropping moments of some of the middle seasons.  Here's a short preview of tonight's episode:
