Nick Oliveri Could Become the Queen of the Cellblock [VIDEO]

Nick Oliveri, former bassist for Queens of the Stone Age and Kyruss is looking at a possible 15 year prison sentence stemming from an incident last month after he refused to allow his then girlfriend to leave his apartment.

Following a two hour stand off with the Los Angeles SWAT Team, Oliveri allowed her to leave, but refused to leave the apartment and give himself up to police. Two hours later he surrendered to police who after a search of the apartment found a loaded gun and drugs.

Oliveri is now facing charges of possession of a firearm possession, resisting a peace officer and possession of a controlled substance. He is scheduled to appear in court in September.
