Rooster And Wes Speak Spanish! [VIDEO/NSFW]

I am always trying to disrupt Wes's day any way that I can think of. So today I went about it in a different route and it came right back at me.

Back when I worked at TXDOT I would have to call Dig Tess. What they do is if you are digging a hole more than 18 inches you would have to call them and they would come out and mark any lines buried in the ground so you wouldn't cut into them.

I had called them so many times that I memorized what the automated lady would say in English and Spanish.
