Shinedown Members Releasing Acoustic EP [VIDEO]

Brent Smith and Zach Myers of Shinedown have stripped down the sound to just an acoustic guitar and a voice, as the two have prepared an acoustic EP of covers of classic hits.

The duo call themselves simply Smith & Myers and the EP is entitled Acoustic Sessions. 

The six songs featured on the EP are all awesome, as the experience includes The Clash's "London Calling", "Sitting On The Dock of The Bay" by Otis Redding, "Nothing Else Matters" by Metallica, "She Talks To Angels" by Black Crowes, "Blue on Black" by Kenny Wayne Shepard, and "Runaway Train" by Soul Asylum.

With a killer list like that it's hard not to be excited for this EP which will be released on the 28th of January.
