It has been 20 years since Candlebox released their album Lucy, which went gold and spawned the radio hits "Understanding" and "Simple Lessons."

We're rocking your eyeballs today with plenty of pix from the FMX Big Purple Party. We've got three bands in this gallery for you, plus a link to check out more. The day of the big stage started with "Beware of Darkness". Then it was back inside for French Canadian metal band "Blackguard". We finish up this file with the return of Candlebox. Candlebox will be in Lubbock this Sunday for The FMX Big Purple Party and their lead vocalist Kevin Martin took some time to call in to The Wrecking Yard before they took the stage in Houston.
