Now this is very different for men and women when it comes to heading out to a concert and I am just curious what is your go to concert attire?

X-FEST 9 - Here is a video of Halestorm performing "I Get Off" , their first big hit, and "Here's To Us" (New Album). Lzzy gives a shout out to KFMX and acknowledges starting their first national tour here at the Amphitheater with Seether in 2006. The KFMX crew and the Go Rock Show Road Crew arrived early to get things ready for a great weekend of Rock and Roll. As we looked out on the empty amphetheatre there was no way that we could imagine what it would look like in just a few hours, when it would come alive and overflow with rockers. The first band up on the main stage was Dead Sarah, and by time they started, they had a much larger audience than most opening bands at the amphetheatre. Much more to come. PHOTOS follow the jump. TMZ is reporting that the Red Hot Chili Peppers have put their U.S. tour on hold. At issue is a "jacked up foot" on singer Anthony Kiedis.  Anthony has already had surgery on the foot and is expected to make a full recovery, but the rehab time will set the shows back.  More after the jump.

Facebook friends might be nice, but real life friends are better. After missing Trans-Siberian Orchestra's first four visits to town, I decided to offer to take my family this year. This was before tickets went on sale since we would want good seats. No one was interested, so I did not arrange for any tickets. Fast forward to the day of the show. At 4pm my wife decides that she definitely wants to go to the show. It is way to late to get tickets from the radio station, and I even had to miss the on the air interview with The Rock Show at the station. The concert is nearly sold out and there are no good seats available, so I hesitantly begin making phone calls. To my surprise and with two hours to spare, my friend John "Get the shot, Get the shot!" Berry (KCBD Videojournalist/Photojournalist) calls me and says that he has me covered with two floor seats waiting at will call! An hour before the show, another son calls and asks if I could get us all tickets, since he will soon not be living in town for a few years, and he wants to do a family thing before he leaves. A video blog by a teenager might just have the right idea. He doesn't have many ideas. He doesn't even know if he has the facts right. But all of that is inconsequential because he has the right idea at least.
