Lubbock's Alamo Drafthouse is showing "Selena" three times in honor of the upcoming anniversary of the singer's untimely death.

Are you ready for "Movies at Mervyns". The old Mervyns location in South Plains mall is being converted into a 16 screen Uber-Theater complex. Among the plans are an Imax screen, and in at least one theater seats that move along with the soundtrack of the movie (take Dramamine).
