Advance Tickets are now gone for our big MTV filming and the 2011 Taste of Country Christmas Tour with Brantley Gilbert on Thursday, December 1 at Wild West. Tickets will still be available at the door though.

MTV will be in Lubbock on December 1, filming for their new show, Savage Univeristy hosted by Dan Savage. Savage will be filming Texas Tech students and concert goers on December 1 at Wild West during the 2011 Taste of Country Christmas Tour with Brantley Gilbert.

I'm pretty pumped about the Beavis & Butthead coming back on my TV. I'll have my DVR gassed up and ready to go. And speaking of "gassed up," how about a sneak peak at some Beavis and Butthead after the jump?

The trailer for the new Beavis and Butthead is here and I think the guys are going to be welcomed back with open arms. It's just time for the two knuckleheads to grace us with their social commentary.

The last time Spyder One from Powerman 5000 was in town he told us all about a TV project that he had sold to MTV. That project starts this Monday and it looks scary, funny and action packed. I'm all in!

How many of you remember the good old days of MTV, back when they actually played music? for those of you that do not remember, MTV stood for Music TV, you could turn it on and watch your favorite bands do interpretations of what the song was about or even video of live performances...

Amy Lee let MTV sit down with her in the studio while she was working on some new Evanescence stuff. Yes, it is heavier than before, but there's not enough here to really get a feel for it.

There was a memorial service for "Jackass" star Ryan Dunn at Paramount Pictures last week. Co-star Rick Kosick put together a tribute video of Ryan's best moments from the show. Of course it's a lot sad, but then again you can remember all the laughs he brought over the years. He was always my favorite Jackass.

It's official, Beavis and Butthead are coming back. No more wondering about what's cool or what sucks, B & B will let us know. The cast of MTV's Skins made the announce that the duo would return during a MTV function. Other sources are saying that there will be at least 30 episodes that will start airing this summer.
