A small West Texas community is being targeted by PETA, could Texas Tech be next?

There has been talk of UFO's that some people are actually wondering if other worldly life is real but Texas Tech has already had some visitors, kind of.

Recently a Houston resident had their personalized license plates rejected by the Texas DMV for being too vulgar.

Hey PETA, I ask as kindly as I possibly can to leave these mascots alone.

In my opinion PETA in general represents the "lunatic fringe" of the animal rights movement.  Sure there are people out there who would hurt other people because of their cause, but PETA's constant stupid p.r. stunts are getting more outrageous and stupid everyday.  Now their picking on everyone's favorite video game character.  More after the jump.
