A second trailer for Sacha Baron Cohen's "The Dictator" is out. It shows more of the movie plot this time which is even funnier.

The man that brought you "Ali G", "Borat" and "Bruno" is back with something all new.  This time it's a "dorky despot" called "The Dictator" (no character name needed at this point).  This movie appears to NOT have the interspersed moments interacting with reality like the previous movies.  So the question is, will it be as funny?  That's up to you
