teachers

Texas has got to be setting some sort of record in the country for teachers sleeping with students.

Every few weeks we do one of these stories and it doesn't look like they're stopping anytime soon. The latest teacher/student sex scandal comes to us from Lockhart, Texas, just south of Austin.

We learned about Alexandria Vera back in June. She just had her day in court and it looks like she will be going away for a little while because of her actions.

A local movie theater is stepping up and showing local teachers a little appreciation all week during Spring Break.

During a field trip, two teachers decided to hang out with their students, buy them beer, then engage in sexual activity. Field trips have really changed since I've been out of high school.

Take a second and think back to when you were in school. Was there a teacher who really made a difference in your life? Maybe a coach who took you under his wing and helped find someone to tutor you in algebra and you passed so your eligibility was never an issue.
