Our sister station KFYO is reporting that the Lubbock Bomb Squad was called out on Friday morning. I, for one, am mad. Read more after the break.

The Lubbock Bomb Squad was called out to the George Mahon Federal Building at about 9:30 to check out a suspicious package. Also on hand were EMS and The Fire Department. Some streets were blocked off and some offices were giving the option of evacuation. The Squad eventually determined that the package wasn't a bomb.

Okay, here's where I have a problem. What was in the package. C'mon guys that's the most fun part! You guys did your job textbook style. A good Samaritan did exactly what they should do when they see something suspicious. Everyone got a great drill out of the adventure. So what was in the damn box?  This is like having a birthday party ending before anyone gets to open presents. Was it a delivery? A homeless guys box of pooh? Could it have been a basket of kittens? Maybe it was something sinister looking like electronic parts? Was it Waldo? This is unfair.

I know you guys do a good, necessary and dangerous job. I know sometimes the contents of a "suspicious package" make it look a little ridiculous, but that's not on you. Thank you for your hard work. Now please tell me what was in the box! Oh and I want guesses from everybody else too!
