Anyone that knows anything about me knows I'm the biggest NASCAR fan on the freakin' planet. I'm also a huge 3 Doors Down fan. April 9th I get the best of both worlds at Texas Motor Speedway.

I've been to every NASCAR race at Texas Motor Speedway since it opened in 1996. Heck, I got to see my favorite driver, Greg Biffle, win at Texas Motor Speedway. Not only does TMS have the most exciting track and races, they also provide the best in live entertainment before each Sprint Cup race. Heck, I've seen the likes of ZZ Top, Willie Nelson, Foreigner and REO Speedwagon before the race. Playing the pre-race show this spring is 3 Doors Down.

If you haven't been to Texas Motor Speedway yet, then there is no better time to go than this spring. Yeah, tailgate parties at a football game is fun, hot dogs and beach balls are a baseball game are cool, but nothing, I repeat NOTHING beats a weekend at Texas Motor Speedway. You see, a NASCAR race is so much more than an exhilarating pro sporting event...it's an experience. The parties in the infield or out in the camping area rivals the best Mardi Gras you've ever had. Heck, Jerry Jones won't let you bring a cooler in the Cowboys Stadium. But, Eddie Gossage will. Heck, people grill and camp out inside the track. That's like setting up camp in the bullpen at a baseball game or sidelines of a football. I guarantee you'll never get to do that though. All of that is before the engines start.

All I have to say is that you owe it to yourself to experience a weekend at Texas Motor Speedway. Meet me there so we can check out 3 Doors Down and a crazy ass race together.

Our buddies at Texas Motor Speedway have given me permission to hook you up with some great seats at a cheap price. Click HERE to get 2 tickets to the Samsung 500 NASCAR Sprint Cup Race for only $99.

Even though the seats will be great to see 3 Doors Down, if you click HERE you can buy pit tickets that get you right up close and personal during the concert.

Yeah, I guess part of this sounded like an advertisement for TMS. In some ways it was, but not for the sake of TMS. It's for you. I really want you to experience what a weekend at Texas Motor Speedway is like. If you can't make it, that's cool. But, make sure you tune in for Race Day Radio as I'll be live from Texas Motor Speedway giving you updates on the weekend.

Thanks for listening to my rant. Got a cool story about TMS, then leave it below.
