Whats the best way to keep people from riding on the top of trains?  Threaten to smash their heads in!  Yeah!  Heathen has the story of how it can be really bad to be hit in the face with a couple of balls.

It sucks that these people have to ride their public transportation illegally to get somewhere. It also sucks that they're weighing down the trains because there are so many of them. The solution:  giant balls.
