Prong Book Show at Jake’s Backroom

Wow! This is crazy. Metal legends Prong have dropped a Lubbock, Texas tour date.

On Tuesday, May 28th, Prong hits Jake's Backroom. It's a can't-miss show for metalheads.

I'm not real sure how long it's been since Prong has been to town. My dad said he saw them around 1994 at the Backroom adjacent to New West (that's not all he said about that show, but hey, he doesn't want to hold a grudge). They then had a show booked in 2016, but if we remember correctly that show got canceled so Tommy Victor could play guitar on a Danzig tour.  According to a listener, that date was rescheduled and Prong was here in 2006.
