Sunflower Dead Get Weird in Lubbock on Hellpop Tour [Photos]

California's Sunflower Dead rocked the Hub City this week, opening up In This Moment's Hellpop Tour 2016.

The Long Beach locals are quickly compared to Avatar and their Hellpop tourmates In This Moment thanks to their use of stage makeup. However, the band definitely has their own nu-metal-leaning sound.

Sunflower Dead released their sophomore album It's Time to Get Weird in 2015. The title track on the album features Korn's Jonathan Davis.
