Kids can be kind of slippery, especially when they get excited in fun places like the South Plains Fair or an amusement park. I honestly don't think putting your kids on a literal leash is that big of a deal, but it hasn't really caught on in Lubbock. In any case, if your child happens to go missing when you're in a busy public place, this hack could really help you out.

I came across it on Facebook this morning and thought it would be good to share it with you guys, especially since the fair is in town right now.

Check it out below:

It's a pretty simple way to make sure if your child goes missing, everyone is very clear about what they look like and what they are wearing. When you are in a panic searching for them, it might be hard to remember exactly what they have on. Was it the blue shirt or the red one? Did they wear those pink sandals or the light-up Sketchers? Snapping a photo of them before you go into a busy place could really save the day if they get lost. You'll have the perfect description to give park managers and authorities.

Just a little helpful tip! I hope you and your family have a wonderful time at the fair and that you find this hack useful! Feel free to share it with your friends and family.
