According to Neighborhood Scout, the 10 neighborhoods below are the safest in Lubbock based on crime rates that include both property crimes and violent crimes.

According to the site, Lubbock does need to improve its overall crime rate:

With a crime rate of 54 per one thousand residents, Lubbock has one of the highest crime rates in America compared to all communities of all sizes - from the smallest towns to the very largest cities.
