More about Lubbock Skateboarding:

Lubbock Skateboarding is not a company or business, but a community movement for the progression and awareness of skateboarding in West Texas and surrounding areas.
We hold public events in area cities to bring friendly competition to local athletes, build relationships between city officials and their youth, as well as to give area businesses an opportunity to become a part of a vibrant and empowering culture that is skateboarding. At least 4 times a year we organize events, with over 50 events held to date, including annual contests, grand openings for new skateparks, fundraisers/charity events, and have assisted other programs with the development of their events.
We exist solely to develop and motivate local skate communities with clean, family friendly events and take no profit on any kind aside from covering associated costs, if any. We employ no persons - all events are entirely volunteer ran and developed by like minded individuals with a desire to build a stronger, healthier skateboard community that friends, family members, business owners and city officials can be glad to call brothers and sisters.
