A New Food Truck Brings Levelland an Authentic Mexican Feast

Friday, June 19th, Los Tacos De Haro set out for their very first day at 10th Street and College Avenue in Levelland.

This brand new family-run food truck promises to keep it authentic, according to their Facebook page.

They are all about serving up the great family favorites that have kept their family gathered 'round for delicious real food, quality family time, and the kind of fun that comes from the joy that it all brings.

Eating is an experience when you've got something this real and true to your roots. So it's awesome to see that this popular family, famous for great big gatherings amongst family and friends, is now bringing it out for all to enjoy.

Just like the name says, it's street tacos and much much more. You'll find quesadillas, burritos, burgers, hot dogs, and tortas. We were assured you will find big food. Piled high with incredible toppings. So these are not just any quesadillas, burritos, burgers, dogs, and tortas.

Fabiola Haro described the food for me, since all the menu details have not made it onto the Facebook page quite yet, she assured me it's a work in progress.

The Mexican burger comes with double meat, cheese, avocado, bacon, and more. The burritos are really big as well. I think the hot dogs are wrapped in bacon, but I may have been dreaming about that part. No, it may be true.. And of course, there are many, many more fresh toppings.

This huge concept comes from authentic family dishes. A family project dream come true that's years in the making. Food truck head chef Jose Haro has been serving up these feasts for his big family for many years, and by popular demand brings it out for all the lucky folks who go find him.
