Alamo Drafthouse in Lubbock is hosting a special screening of the classic on Thursday, August 22nd at 7:30 p.m. It include a delicious array of junk food that will certainly bring back warm and fuzzy memories.

It’s time to get your Chunk on. With a menu full of tasty treats like rocky road ice cream and (obviously) Baby Ruth candy bars, you can indulge in your childhood junk food fantasies while watching one of the greatest pieces of ‘80s entertainment ever made at our Chunk Junk Food Feast.
Let’s face it, THE GOONIES never gets old (and they never say “die”). With its endearing cast of quirky kids and a plot filled with swashbuckling adventure, it serves as the ultimate fantasy for anyone who feels stuck in the mundane humdrum of everyday life.
