‘American Horror Story’ S7 Reveals New Monster, Lady Gaga’s Return?
Our first look at one American Horror Story Season 7 monster was gruesome enough, so leave it to Ryan Murphy to double-down. The FX showrunner shares yet another cryptic clue, while rumors swirl that a certain Mother monster will put in an appearance as well.
Murphy shared yet another Season 7 concept over Instagram, though it remains unclear whether any of these designs actually make it into the finished product. The clue comes with a caption of “ambidexterity,” and are we reading too far in to note the lobster-like conjoining on one hand?
Additionally, recent rumors suggested Hotel star and true monster Lady Gaga might be lining up another return after last year’s Roanoke, as a reported excerpt from Vogue claimed Gaga would have “an undisclosed role in the election-themed 2017 series.” As Entertainment Weekly now updates, Gaga will not take part in Season 7.
Elsewhere of Season 7, Carrie Fisher’s daughter Billie Lourd has also joined in a mysterious role, along with Colton Haynes, comedian Billy Eichner and Popular alum Leslie Grossman. In addition to returning stars Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Cheyenne Jackson and Adina Porter, Season 7 might feature the return of several characters from American Horror Story: Freak Show, while a separate upcoming season was said to bring together Murder House and Coven characters.
Season 7 will likely offer more concrete announcements soon, so stay tuned for the latest on American Horror Story.
