Lubbock Police Make Arrest in Connection to November Robbery
Officers have arrested a Lubbock man who was wanted in relation to an aggravated robbery/aggravated kidnapping that happened in November 2019.
Police say that on the night of November 6th, 20-year-old Ricardo Real Jr. entered the Bada Bing Game Room, located at 5001 Avenue Q, pulled out a gun, and demanded money from 46-year-old Henry Palomo.
Palomo is said to have pulled a gun on Real at that moment, and Real grabbed a second victim and used them as a hostage. Real eventually fled after the altercation.
On Monday, January 27th, 2020, officers recognized Real as a passenger in a vehicle. A traffic stop was initiated, but the vehicle failed to stop and drove to the 100 block of Avenue T. Real and others fled from the vehicle on foot.
Real was apprehended shortly after and charged with Aggravated Robbery, Theft of a Firearm and Evading on Foot.
