After being hounded by myself and other Big Wick's fans, the Wickers have produced Waxahachie Apricot, utilizing their signature smoky sweet jalapeno glaze and adding the bright flavor of fresh apricots.

The result is a smoky, spicy, sweet glaze that I can't wait to try on salmon, on a grilled cheese with bacon, or even a danish. Yum!

Apricot is a favorite flavor in West Texas. For me and many others, it's reminiscent of a fried pie at the fair. In fact, this would be pretty dang good in a fried pastry with some cream cheese.
