Can You Guess the Date On This FMX Sticker?

Okay, it's the legendary FMX Purple Spot, but notice what it says: "The Home of Rock-N-Roll."

Now, as far as The Spot goes, we've also had some that said "Pure Rock," "Absolute Rock" and our current one, "Lubbock's Rock Station." So go ahead and formulate a guess.

There were three FMX logos before The Spot. There was the trapezoid, the licence and the grid. I guess we'll hopefully deal with them later.

Anyways, I was cleaning out some old boxes and found these stickers. It's not hard to figure out when they are from, because they have coupons on the back that expire on a certain date.

You can see that the Pinocchio's and Dyer Electronics ("A Dyer deal is a stereo steal!") coupons expire in 1993, but the Taco Villa one expired in 1992.
