A Texas woman is wanted by the FBI for the presumed murder of her disabled child, who has not been seen since October 2022.

Who Is Cindy Rodriguez Singh?

Cindy Rodriquez Singh is a 40-year-old woman who was born in Dallas, Texas. She is currently wanted by the FBI on charges of Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution and Capital Murder of a Person Under Ten Years of Age.

She is described as a petite woman, 5'1" to 5'3" and between 120 to 140 pounds. She is Hispanic with brown hair and brown eyes, and tattoos on her back, left leg, right arm, right calf, right hand, and right leg.

She has ties to India and Mexico.

What Is Cindy Rodriguez Singh Wanted For?

Cindy Rodriguez Singh is wanted for allegedly killing her 6-year-old son. He is presumed dead after Cindy lied during a welfare check on the child, stating that he had gone to live with his biological father in Mexico.

Cindy, her husband, and six children boarded a flight to India, and it is believed that they never returned. It has been confirmed that the disabled child was not on the flight.

Cindy has been on the run since 2023, but was recently added to the FBI's Ten Most Wanted List.

There is now a reward of up to $250,000 for information leading to the arrest of Cindy Rodriguez Singh.

According to NBC Dallas, local law enforcement wants to see Cindy brought to justice for her alleged part in this heinous crime.

Craig Spencer, the current Everman city manager and former chief of police, told NBC Dallas: "This is as serious as it gets. Though Noel's body has not been found, we operate under the firm belief that justice is not bound by geography or time. We will find her."
