Over the weekend, a young man named Keaton Jones poured his heart out on video about being bullied. The video is tough to watch as the young man is obviously suffering from the bullying. What came after the video was overwhelmingly positive, as many famous athletes pledged support for Keaton Jones and the anti-bullying movement.

Here are Keaton's words from Twitter in a tweet that has been liked over 100,000 times:

Jones lives in Tennessee and has received a ton of support from the local teams like the NFL's Tennessee Titans. Athletes all over the professional landscape were backing Jones after his emotional video:

One of the more prominent ex-Red Raiders, DeAndre Washington, even threw his support behind Jones:

I commend Washington, who was drafted by the Oakland Raider in 2016, for stepping up and saying something. I know a tweet might not make many waves, but it's encouraging for anyone going through something similar that their are good men out there who can remind us to keep our heads up no matter what.
