Weeks after being charged with kidnapping a woman, two members of Decapitated have been extradited to the scene of the alleged crime. Drummer Michal Lysejko and guitarist Waclaw Kieltyka were transported from Los Angeles County to Spokane County in Washington state, according to The Spokesman-Review.

Frontman Rafal Piotrowski and bassist Hubert Wiecek will be transported at a later date in accordance with the charges which came in the wake of the band's show in Spokane on Aug. 31. To date, the group has not been charged with a gang rape which allegedly took place, though that could change once the extradition is complete.

According to court documents, the alleged victim and her friend told local police they attended the show at The Pin and then tried to get pictures with the drummer from another band afterward. The two women apparently began talking with members of Decapitated who invited them to have drinks on the tour bus parked outside the venue.

One of the women “described being excited to be on the bus and then one of the band members began grabbing her breasts,” the court documents say. “He was later identified as the drummer, Michal Lysejko.” She adds that she “was uncomfortable and said the band members began speaking to each other in Polish. She described the ‘vibe’ in the bus changed, and one of the members began looking at them like they were prey.”

The woman said she looked at her friend, “to signal they needed to get out of there,” and then used the bathroom where she was followed by Piotrowski, who allegedly began kissing her when she had finished. According to the court documents, she began resisting when he started undoing her belt. She said she wanted to leave the bus with her friend, but another band member said her friend had already left, adding, “You have to have fun. She left you.”

The woman “attempted to push Piotrowski away but he grabbed her arm and spun her around to where she was facing the sink and mirror in the bathroom,” court documents continue. “She saw in the mirror and out of the corner of her eye each of the band members taking turns raping her.”

The friend, though, said she watched the band members rape the other woman, and Piotrowski asked her to perform oral sex on him. When she refused, court documents say, “she was pushed to the ground and received bruises to her knees and shins.”

However, Steven Graham, attorney for the group, has stated, “We have witnesses that can testify to the fact that the accuser came to visit the band of her own free will and left on good terms. The accuser has a documented history of providing false information to the police dating back to 2014.”

"While we are not perfect human beings, we are not kidnappers, rapists, or criminals," Decapitated said in a statement. "As such, we strongly deny the allegations that have recently been brought against us. We ask that everyone please reserve their judgment until a definitive outcome has been reached, as charges have yet to be pressed. Full testimony and evidence will be presented in due time, and we have faith in that process."

The Polish death metal band released their Anticult album earlier this year and were on tour in support of the disc. All scheduled tour dates have been cancelled until further notice.
