East Bound South Loop 289 On-Ramp To Remain Closed Overnight

Texas Department of Transportation and Lubbock Fire Department are alerting drivers of closure to the east-bound on-ramp to South Loop 289 overnight.

The ramp closure is part of ongoing maintenance work to resurface on and off ramps along South Loop 289 in Lubbock.

Crews are schedule to resume paving work tomorrow, November 6th, according to a post from the Lubbock Fire Department on social media.

No other ramp closures are scheduled for tomorrow. Drivers are urged to be cautious while road crews are at work or to take alternate routes to avoid congestion.
