Nothing More Performs 'Mr. MTV' Live and Acoustic

Nothing More stopped by the FMX studio in Lubbock this week to perform a few songs live during an intimate pre-Freakfest set that included their song "Mr. MTV."

This was the first time the band has ever performed the song like this: stripped down and acoustic.

During the performance, singer Jonny Hawkins demonstrates why he's one of modern rock's best vocalists.

Hawkins' impressive range and startling control is highlighted by the scream-y backup vocals from guitarist Mark Vollelunga and bassist Daniel Oliver. The band absolutely killed it.
