The whole town comes together once a year for the annual Lubbock Lions Club Pancake Festival, and this year was just as delicious as it was when I was a kid! Not only did my partner Wes Nessman and I get to man the VIP Grill, but we also got to see lots of our favorite people! Thanks to everyone that came out to support such a great cause.

Food really does bring people together, and the pancake festival has always been something that makes me feel like I'm at home. Did you know it's actually the largest pancake festival in the world? We hold the world record! I had no idea until it was announced on stage. How cool!
